Anna Rapson rejoins Stephanie to discuss the power of the pause and ways to incorporate mindful moments in your day and throughout your life.

"A pause can be really helpful in those triggering or high conflict - even minor conflict - scenarios. Where, if we stop, we can feel in our bodies that something is off. Something isn't setting well. It can be helpful to check the body. Do I feel that in my chest, is there something going on in my gut, are my shoulders or jaw tightening? Our bodies are really informative in terms of how regulated or unregulated we are." - Anna Rapson
