Protect Your Sleep 

Sleep is the foundation for wellness so, protect it. Sleep in a cool dark room, minimize caffeine in the afternoon, don’t eat at least 60 minutes before bedtime and avoid using a device right before calling it a night (pick up an old fashioned book or magazine instead as reading aids in falling asleep). Learn more...

Break a Sweat

Move your body at least once a day with enough intensity to raise the heart rate and break a sweat. Try to move for at least 30 minutes and do it outside whenever possible (remember sunscreen). Moving clears your mind, rejuvenates your skin and promotes s healthy heart.
