Anna Rapson joins Stephanie today to discuss ways to overcome anxiety and, how facing it, can build resilience into our lives. She discusses several daily practices to help us deal with uncertainty and calm our minds.

"Many of us tend to assume that if we worry enough about something we will be better prepared when something bad happens. Or, even that our frequent worrying will prevent it from happening. This is actually called magical thinking. It has a name because a lot of people do it and we know it does not work." - Anna Rapson
