The Refreshing Botanical Facial Mist is best used after skin cleansing, after facial masque removal or, as a skin refresher throughout the day.

Is this product similar to a facial toner?

The Refreshing Botanical Facial Mist was created to balance out the ph level of the skin after cleansing but it is non drying due to the oil content unlike most toners.
