Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you are require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 406.585.8282 for charges.
Sageborn Returns and Exchanges
Sageborn accepts returns and exchanges at our retail Sage Spa Living locations as well as through the mail within 30 days of purchase date. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after the 30 day period. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a Gift Card or Credit.
If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to include a message to tell us if you want an exchange, credit or refund. Also include your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Sageborn cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card or Credit.
